Refund policy

We offer exchange for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos of the issue

Items must be unused and in original condition.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for size issues unless the wrong size was sent by us.

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days.
